21 SEPTEMBER - I'M GRATEFUL
FOR THE RELEASE YOGA GIVES ME. A FEW POSES RELATE TO GRATITUDE (AND GIVING) AND IT'S VERY CALMING AND HUMBLING TO PRACTISE THESE.
