9 AUGUST - I'M GRATEFUL
TO RETURN TO PILATES AFTER A WEEK'S BREAK.
LINDSAY IS SUCH A GOOD TEACHER AND THAT INNER CORE STRENGTH IS JUST SOOOO IMPORTANT (ESPECIALLY FOR US OLDER SPECIMENS)
