MY RECENT SCOUT BROUGHT ME TO THE GATES OF MY OLD PRIMARY SCHOOL.
BACK IN 1973, IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS OF GRADE ONE, I RACED OVER TO "LINE UP" AT THAT RED BRICK WALL SO THAT I COULD BE "THE LEADER" TO GO BACK INTO CLASS.
IT WAS THE START OF PLAY TIME - AND I STAYED THERE THE WHOLE PLAY TIME JUST TO CLAIM THE PRIZE SPOT.
I would love to see a pic of you at that age...I bet you were a sweetie!! I guess that was the start of the persistent and hard working you, cheers Katherine
