I take it you don't go to Club BJ now you've moved. My sister-in-law works there now as an instructor.

No Steve - finished there a few years ago after 10yrs membership. I'm into gentle activity for "the older woman" now. hehe!

WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?

In 2009 I undertook a photo-a-day blog and found that my friend Eddie Harran was right - it became a spiritual experience. By "spiritual" I mean the project demanded discipline, attention to priorities, reflection, knowing oneself, appreciating how others shape my life and celebration. I am so glad I undertook this project in what was the best year of my life! So now, 2010, I want to turn my attention to Gratitude.
Christians give thanks to God - but as an Nontheist I feel gratitude to those around me and also to the mysterious world I live in. It's extremely important to me to be mindful of how influential people/culture/nature/intellectual pursuits are to my life course. I want this blog to be a daily reminder of how fortunate I am AND that only I can be responsible for my own happiness.
